'The Cuckoo’s Nest’ is a traditional Breton house, around 200 years old, occupying an enviable position in the ancient quarter of Sainte Croix in the stunning medieval town of Josselin.
Bed and breakfast is offered all the year round in two guest rooms all newly furnished and with excellent facilities.
There is private off road parking for cars and a locked shelter for bicycles.
The garden is high up with a view of the chateau and guests are welcome to relax there.
Adjoining the house is Timothy Hebbard’s atelier, which contains original oil and gouache paintings.
The house is also decorated with the artist’s work.
The Cuckoo’s Nest, is a 5 minute walk from the centre of medieval Josselin.
Designated as ‘Une Petite Cité de Caractère’ with its restaurants, bars, shops, cinema and the attractions of the Château, the Dolls’ Museum and the Bois d’Amour.
The Nantes-Brest Canal or River Oust is a few steps away.
